Return Policy – Bird Houses

At XM PETS, we know how important it is to provide your bird with a safe, clean, and comfortable home. We carefully select cages and houses that meet high standards of quality and safety for birds of all sizes.

For hygiene, safety, and structural reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bird cages or houses once they have been assembled, used, or removed from their original packaging. This policy helps us ensure that every bird receives a secure and uncontaminated product.

Exceptions

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The cage or house is defective due to a manufacturing issue (e.g., missing parts, damaged, or faulty straight out of the box).

• The wrong item was delivered (incorrect product, size, or type).

In these cases, proof of purchase is required, and the issue must be reported within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to giving your feathered friends the best possible home.
