General Policy

We accept returns or exchanges on non-perishable cat products (toys, beds, scratching posts, collars, etc.) if they meet the following conditions:

✅ The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

✅ The return is requested within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

✅ Proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions — No returns or exchanges in these cases:

🚫 The product has been used, shows signs of wear, or is not in its original condition.

🚫 The product was sold as a clearance or final sale item.

🚫 The product was damaged after purchase due to misuse or improper handling.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective (due to a manufacturing fault) or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery, and we will gladly replace or refund it.
