Dog toys are items that come into direct contact with pets’ mouths and may carry bacteria or odors once handled or played with, even briefly. Therefore, for sanitary reasons, we are unable to resell or restock them.

Exceptions

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The toy was defective at the time of purchase (e.g., broken seams, missing parts).

• The wrong product was delivered (incorrect size, color, or model).

• There was a manufacturing defect that affects safety or usability.
