Return Policy – Dog Toys
At XM PETS, the health, hygiene, and safety of your pets are our highest priority. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on dog toys once they have been sold, in order to guarantee the cleanliness and integrity of our products.
Dog toys are items that come into direct contact with pets’ mouths and may carry bacteria or odors once handled or played with, even briefly. Therefore, for sanitary reasons, we are unable to resell or restock them.
Exceptions
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The toy was defective at the time of purchase (e.g., broken seams, missing parts).

The wrong product was delivered (incorrect size, color, or model).

There was a manufacturing defect that affects safety or usability.
In any of these cases, a proof of purchase is required, and the issue must be reported within 48 hours of the purchase or delivery date.
