Return Policy – Bird Toys

At XM PETS, the happiness and safety of your birds are very important to us. We carefully select toys that are designed to be safe, fun, and enriching for birds of all sizes.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bird toys once they have been sold and removed from their original packaging. This policy helps us ensure that every bird receives a clean, uncontaminated product.

Exceptions

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The toy is defective due to a manufacturing issue (e.g., broken or incomplete out of the box).

• The wrong item was delivered (incorrect product, size, or type).

In these cases, proof of purchase is required, and the issue must be reported within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
