For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bird toys once they have been sold and removed from their original packaging. This policy helps us ensure that every bird receives a clean, uncontaminated product.
Exceptions
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
