At XM PETS, the health and safety of all birds is our top priority. For this reason, and to ensure the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bags of bird food once they have been sold.
This policy is in place because bird food is a perishable product intended for direct consumption, and its quality may be compromised if it has been improperly stored or handled, even if the packaging appears unopened.
Exceptions
Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
The product was expired at the time of purchase.

The packaging is damaged due to a manufacturing defect (tears, leaks).

The wrong product was delivered (incorrect brand or type).
In any of these cases, a proof of purchase is required, and the issue must be reported within 48 hours of the purchase or delivery.
